This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Builders ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Speaky AI mobile application ("Speaky" or the "App").
Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and (if you authorize it) your name and email address. We do not receive your password.
Voice input. When you talk to a character, your microphone audio is sent to our backend and transcribed to text in real time. We do not store the audio file. The text transcript is processed by our AI provider to generate a response and is retained only as needed to maintain conversation context within a session.
Photos. When you create a custom character, you can take a photo or pick one from your library. Photos are processed on your device and used as the visual representation of your character. We do not upload your photos to our servers unless you opt in to a cloud-sync feature.
Usage data. We track how much talk time you've used so we can apply subscription limits. We record purchases and renewals to manage your subscription. We collect basic analytics (app opens, crashes, feature usage) to improve the App.
Device information. We may receive your device model, operating system version, and language settings.
We share limited data with service providers who help us operate Speaky:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
Speaky offers a Kid mode designed to be safe for younger users. If you allow a child to use Speaky, you are responsible for their use of the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us at viralbuildersllc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts are retained briefly to maintain session context and then purged on a rolling basis. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, email viralbuildersllc@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption, access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Speaky is operated from the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
